(N) KrAZ 255, PMP Pontoon Bridge
Description
The KrAZ-255 PMP pontoon bridge truck was used by Warsaw Pact forces, including the NVA of the GDR. Built on a heavy-duty KrAZ-255 chassis, it carried deployable pontoons and equipment for rapid river crossings and obstacle bridging. Valued for its engineering support role and off-road capability, it ensured mobility of mechanized units.
