Description
This 1:160 N‑Scale model represents the MAN KAT1 7 t 6×6 FSB transporter used by the Bundeswehr from the 1970s onward. This model includes the full truck chassis and carrier deck designed to transport bridge sections or ferry components as part of the FSB engineering system. Built with full all-wheel-drive capability and rugged construction, it served as a reliable towing base in German military logistics. Ideal for detailed N‑Scale or N‑Gauge model railway layouts and military dioramas featuring Cold War-era Bundeswehr engineering equipment.
We have developed a complete system, to build the bridge in both deployed and transport form.
When purchasing the 6x6 transporter, you can fit there with folded ramps and bridge part, or the M3 boat.
You can also puchase seperate bridges and ramps, so that you can click them together and build them into the water on your model traintrack. You can park the empty trucks beside it. The M3-Boats will then be in the water.
Ramp and bridge are bought per piece.
